Tim Cherven, Broker/Owner
Tim Cherven is the premier broker and owner of Inspire Colorado Realty. As a Colorado native, he has intimate knowledge of the history and growth of the Denver Metro area. He prides himself in building strong relationships and trust amongst his clients as well as his colleagues. Prior to working in real estate, Tim spent over 30 years in sales, including 15 years in management. Through this experience, he honed his leadership and negotiation skills; a powerful combination that has helped him win contracts. He is passionate about assisting his clients to find their ideal home or investment that will help them build their retirement portfolio. He creates a personal touch and treats each person as if they were family.
Terra Poplstein, Agent/Owner
Terra Poplstein is an agent and owner at Inspire Colorado Realty.
Terra grew up in Virginia and moved to Colorado in 2004. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver. Terra is a CPA with a background in business. She spent 17 years in Finance and specializes in growing small to medium sized businesses, through building processes, creating financial compliance, modeling and analysis. She has been active in the real estate market for 15 years as an investor and an agent. She is passionate about all aspects of real estate and providing value through financial review.
