Unique Prospective: We have over 15 years of personal property management experience. Like most investors, after several years of managing our own properties, life was getting busy. This led us to search for a reputable company to manage our properties. Each experience ended in disaster. The companies were doing the bare minimum. Each time we regained possession of our property, there were issues: landscaping, deferred maintenance, and unclean. Our properties looked beat up. We knew then that we wanted to do things differently.

- We visit your property monthly and set clear expectations with tenants on their responsibilities prior to signing the lease

- Flat Fee of $129 per month
- Any contract can be terminated with 60 days’ notice
- We want our clients to enjoy working with us. If at any time a client is unhappy, they can terminate the contract, free of charge
- Tenant placement cost $300
- Tenant lease renewals $150

- Schedule appointments and show the property
- Facilitate the signing of the lease
- Conduct tenant screening (background, credit checks, eviction history)

- Top Notch software provides portal access for owners and tenants to pay rent, view financials, track repair requests, view contract documents, and much more
